Big win in the bottom of the 5th!
Our most exciting game of the season with some big hits all around! I guess that extra BP at practice worked.
Owen caught a spectacular line drive at 1st base and doubled up the runner to end the top of the 5th and keep Mitchell scoreless in the 5th. We entered the bottom of the 5th down a run. A lead off hit by Caeleb in the bottom of the 5th, followed by another solid hit from Jack and another hit from Denver, set the plate for a RBI ..single to left field by Jacob D to tie the game. Owen stepped up with the bases loaded and hit a huge triple to left centre field!
Excellent game Seahawks! Great hitting and defence by everyone. Our best game of the year so far...
