May 29 @ Mitchell 2
On Wednesday May 29, our Goderich Grey Seahawks played visitors to Mitchell 2. The game was very well played by both teams and in the end Mitchell 2 was able to edge out Goderich Grey 13-12.
Leading the way on offense was Kieran with a double, two singles, three runs and three rbis, Eric M with a triple, two singles, two rbis and one run, Jamie had three singles and a run, Daerien had two singles, three rbi and a run, John had two singles and two runs, Michael had two singles with an rbi, Graham added two hits, Eric V had a hit with two runs, Zach had a hit, a run and an rbi, Owen and Kaelan each had a hit with an rbi and Millar had a hit with a run scored. Defensively there were some very good plays made by many of our Seahawks stars, everyone was making heads up plays and thinking ahead of the play most of the time. Great team effort! The coaches are very proud of all of you!
